Welcome to Parent Path – Your Companion for Your Parenthood Journey

Updated: May 9

“It takes a village to raise a child – but what if your village is far away?”

Whether you’re expecting your first baby, navigating the early days with your second (or next), or supporting a partner through this wild and wonderful ride, Parent Path is here to be your support system – especially if you are far from family, navigating new systems, or just feeling overwhelmed by too much information and not enough guidance.

Welcome to Parent Path!

My name is Emilia, founder of Parent Path, perinatal educator, postnatal doula, and all-round new parent cheerleader!

I created Parent Path to offer practical, gentle, and empowering support to expectant and new parents who are looking for evidence-based information, personalised guidance, and a supportive, non-judgmental space to figure things out especially those who might be away from their close family.

So, what Is Parent Path?

Parent Path is really a space for any expectant and new parent who would like to feel informed, supported and connected in this transformative experience. More specifically, Parent Path can be for - but not limited to:

  • First-time parents who want to feel calm, confident and informed

  • Next-time parents who need a refresher, a reset, or just some support

  • Partners and dads who want to be involved and prepared

  • Greek-speaking families in the UK and English-speaking families in Greece ...and honestly anyone else who is looking for compassionate, inclusive support on their parenting journey.

What I Offer

Everything I do is grounded in evidence-based information, guidance, and a belief that every parent deserves to feel empowered - not overwhelmed.

Here are some ways of how I can support you:

  1. Antenatal Courses (Online and in-person) - Practical, interactive and engaging classes to help you feel ready for birth - emotionally, physically, practically and mentally. No fluff, no fear, just tools and resources.

  2. Infant Feeding Support: Whether you're preparing during pregnancy or you are navigating the early weeks, I offer warm, compassionate and non-judgemental support for breastfeeding, mixed feeding, bottle feeding and also introducing solids foods later on.

  3. Postnatal Doula Support (Virtual and in-person): Think of me as your calm, caring guide in those early weeks and months. I offer support sessions online and in-person - someone to listen, troubleshoot, reassure, and help you feel that you’ve got this.

  4. Blog: Free, bilingual content (Greek and English) covering pregnancy, postpartum, feeding, and more - because access to good information should be for everyone - no matter where you are.

  5. Resources and Events: Downloadables, mini guides and occasional community events to help you feel more connected and supported.

Why I Started Parent Path

Like many small beginnings, this one started with a feeling...

During my first pregnancy - in the middle of COVID - I felt incredibly lucky to be supported by my partner, care team, and a lovely group of new parent friends we met in an antenatal class.

But I quickly realised that not everyone has that kind of support, especially - but not limited to - those:

  • Living far from family

  • Navigating a new country or healthcare system

  • Trying to make sense of all the advice on social media

Parent Path was born from the desire to create a space that feels simple, clear, inclusive, and deeply human.

You will always be speaking directly to me - and I’m here to offer warmth, wisdom, and grounded support, wherever you are on your journey.
