Free Gentle Sleep Workshop
A gentle, evidence-based introduction to infant sleep — what's normal, what to expect, and how to support your baby (and yourself) without rigid methods.
Hi, I'm Emilia
I'm an antenatal educator, breastfeeding counsellor and postpartum doula - and the founder of Parent Path.
When I was pregnant with my eldest, I was living far from family, navigating a new healthcare system and trying to figure it all out mostly from my phone. Joining an antenatal course changed everything for me - not just the information, but the feeling of finally having people who got it.
That experience is why I do this work. I trained at the University of Worcester, qualified as a parent educator with the NCT (National Childbirth Trust) in the UK, and have since supported hundreds of families across the UK and Greece.
I created Parent Path because I believe every parent deserves access to clear, evidence-based support and a community that actually feels like one - whether you're doing this close to home or far from it.

“I liked that the course focused on practical issues while methodologically I liked that it was quite participatory”
Giannis
“Our meetings were very informative, our group very nice and we learned a lot of useful things! Also, this experience made me feel better about the baby that was on its way and I thank you so much for that!”
V.
“I liked the openness of the learning environment and I enjoyed getting to know more about baby care, labour, our options and baby cues”
