Antenatal Educator &  Perinatal Coach, Founder of Parent Path

My name is Emilia Nathanail, Antenatal Educator and Perinatal Coach, accredited by the University of Worcester and an active parent educator with the National Childbirth Trust in the United Kingdom.

As a mother of two wonderful girls, when I was pregnant with my eldest I felt firsthand the need to feel empowered and prepared for my parenthood journey ahead. My husband and I joined a NCT (National Childbirth Trust) antenatal course, where the evidence-based information that we received and the fact that we became part of a small but supportive community of parents who were going through similar experiences was truly invaluable.

This led me to study at the University of Worcester to become an antenatal educator and work for the NCT as well as support expectant and new parents independently through Parent Path's childbirth preparation courses. I have also expanded my expertise as a breastfeeding counselor and postnatal doula in order to be able to offer holistic support to expectant and new parents. Having supported more than 100 parents in the UK and Greece, I'm passionate and committed to enriching your experience of parenthood with informed choices and a likeminded community.

Join the Parent Path community, where each step towards parenthood is supported with care, expertise, and a deep understanding equipping you with knowledge and confidence for the journey ahead!

PARENT PATH

Educate. Empower. Connect. Support.

Perinatal Support for Expectant and New Parents.

Why attend an antenatal course?

Discover evidence-based antenatal education designed to empower your parenting journey. Parent Path's unique 14-hour course (12 hours antenatally and 2 hours postnatally) transforms uncertainty into confidence, arming you with research-backed knowledge, exploring every facet of childbirth and early parenting.

I prioritise creating a fun, inclusive environment, promoting an interactive learning experience. This ultimately builds not only a safe space for expectant parents to explore challenges and questions, but also a supportive community of likeminded people.

Imagine leaving with knowledge but also with newfound confidence, ready to make empowered choices for you, your family and your baby. Each session is crafted to address the overwhelm of conflicting advice online, providing you with credible, straightforward guidance tailored to your needs. I understand the scarcity of time in your busy life, which is why I distill crucial information, tailor support to your individual needs, and foster a supportive network that extends well beyond the course.
