Hi, I'm Emilia

I'm an antenatal educator, breastfeeding counsellor and postpartum doula - and the founder of Parent Path.

When I was pregnant with my eldest, I was living far from family, navigating a new healthcare system and trying to figure it all out mostly from my phone. Joining an antenatal course changed everything for me - not just the information, but the feeling of finally having people who got it.

That experience is why I do this work. I trained at the University of Worcester, qualified as a parent educator with the NCT (National Childbirth Trust) in the UK, and have since supported hundreds of families across the UK and Greece.

I created Parent Path because I believe every parent deserves access to clear, evidence-based support and a community that actually feels like one - whether you're doing this close to home or far from it.
