Birth & Beyond Clarity Session

Available Online

60-minute 1:1 online session

Service Description

Pregnant or a new parent in Greece and feeling like you’re carrying a lot of questions in your head? Unsure about how birth works here, what to expect in hospital, or how you’ll cope in the early weeks? The Birth & Beyond Clarity Session is a 1:1 online session in English, designed especially for expats in Greece, to help you move from confusion and worry to clarity and calm next steps. This session is for you if you want to: - Make sense of birth in Greece so that you understand how hospitals, obstetricians and midwives work here and don’t feel lost in the system. - Feel clearer about your options and birth plan so that you’re not just “going with the flow”, but making choices that feel right for you and your partner. - Talk honestly about your fears and “what ifs” so that you don’t feel guilty, silly or dramatic for worrying. Leave with more confidence and less noise in your head. - Decompress after birth (if baby is already here) so that your experience is heard and validated, and you can start to make sense of what happened and how you want to be supported now. - Untangle early postpartum and feeding worries so that you feel less like you’re “failing” and more like a normal human in a very intense season. How it works This is a 60-minute 1:1 online session with a focus on what YOU most need – for example: - birth preparation and a realistic, flexible birth plan, - understanding what to expect from Greek hospitals and appointments, - feeling clearer about interventions, induction, C-section, or pain relief, - or, if baby is already here, talking through recovery, emotions, identity, sleep expectations and feeding. By the end of the Clarity Session, you’ll have: - A clearer picture of what’s ahead and what’s actually in your control so that birth and postpartum in Greece feel less like a fog and more like a path. - Specific, realistic next steps to take so that you’re not just thinking about your worries, you know what to do with them. - Language and questions you can take to your doctor, midwife or partner so that you feel more able to speak up and advocate for yourself. - A sense that you’re not doing this entirely on your own so that even as an expat, you feel a little more held and a little less isolated.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your session time is reserved just for you. As a one-woman practice with a limited number of 1:1 spaces, late cancellations mean I often can’t offer that time to another parent who may be waiting. – If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your session, you can choose a full refund or a new time. – If you cancel 24–48 hours before, your payment is non-refundable, but you can reschedule your session once at no extra cost. – If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend the session, the fee is non-refundable and rescheduling will require a new booking. I know pregnancy and postpartum can be unpredictable. If you go into labour or have a genuine emergency (e.g. you or your baby are admitted to hospital), just let me know when you can and we will reschedule your session without any penalty. Thank you for being considerate of my time and of other parents who may be waiting for support!
