These sessions are a valuable opportunity to connect, learn, and get guidance - completely free of charge. I kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible. This allows me to offer the spot to someone else who might be waiting. Life with a bump (or a baby!) can be unpredictable, and I totally get that - just a quick heads-up is always appreciated.
