Breastfeeding Without the Overwhelm
5 things worth knowing before your baby arrives in Greece
Service Description
You are planning to breastfeed. You have also heard the stories: the pain, the long first nights, the formula top-ups, the care provider who said one thing and the next who said the opposite. Having your baby in Greece adds another layer: a hospital system you do not know yet, conversations that may not happen in your language, and relatives with firm opinions about whether your milk is “enough”. This free online masterclass gives you a clear picture of the first days, so you know what is normal, what to ask and where to turn. Partners very welcome to join. When: Monday 9 November 2026, 17:00 UK / 19:00 Greece Length: 30 minutes, then optional Q&A (about 45 minutes in total). Join me live and get an additional 30-minute check-in during the first week by booking my 1:1 Ongoing Support Package (2 hours of prep + 1 hour support after birth) Cannot make it live? Register and I will send you the recording. What we will cover - The first feeds and hunger cues: colostrum, how often newborns feed, and spotting hunger before crying starts - Is my baby getting enough? The signs to look for and what to ask if you are unsure - Feeding after a caesarean: what is different, what helps and what to ask your hospital - Expressing, bottles and mixed feeding: how they can fit your plans while protecting your milk supply - What your partner can actually do: practical help, well beyond “being supportive” This is for you if: - You are pregnant and planning, or considering, breastfeeding - You have heard so much conflicting advice you no longer know what to believe - You want to feel prepared without reading every book - You want your partner to know exactly how to help Still deciding how to feed your baby? You are very welcome. There is no single feeding goal you need to bring. About me I am Emilia, a breastfeeding counsellor, antenatal educator and founder of Parent Path. I grew up in Athens and had my two daughters in the UK, where I had wonderful support in those early weeks. Every mother in Greece deserves the same. You will get evidence-based information and practical tools, never one “right” way to feed your baby. FAQs Can my partner join? Absolutely. There is a section just for partners. Will this tell me how I should feed my baby? No. It will help you understand your options and feel confident in your choice. For support specific to you, I also offer 1:1 sessions. Is there a Greek session? Yes: Wednesday 11 November, 18:00 Greece / 16:00 UK.

At Parent Path, I’m proud to offer free services such as the Discovery Call, the Gentle Sleep Workshop and the Pregnancy Path Workshop to support you on your parenting journey. These sessions are a valuable opportunity to connect, learn, and get guidance - completely free of charge. I kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible. This allows me to offer the spot to someone else who might be waiting. Life with a bump (or a baby!) can be unpredictable, and I totally get that - just a quick heads-up is always appreciated. Thank you for being considerate and respectful of everyone’s time. Warmest wishes, Emilia – Parent Path
