Birth & Beyond Session
Focused 1:1 support for your questions around pregnancy, birth or the early days with your baby.
Service Description
This 50-minute 1:1 online session is a flexible space for you to get focused support with whatever is most on your mind right now – whether you’re pregnant, preparing for birth, or already in the early weeks with your baby. We can use this time for things like: - Birth preparation or birth plan review - Questions about giving birth - Postpartum check-in: emotions, recovery, identity, mental load - Feeding support (breastfeeding, bottle or mixed feeding) - Intro to solids and realistic expectations for the next stage - Raising your family abroad or away from family and friends Sessions are held online, in English, and tailored especially to parents abroad, so you don’t have to translate your worries or navigate the system alone. This session can be booked as a standalone consultation or as an additional/finishing session alongside a wider 1:1 support path. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your session time is reserved just for you. As a one-woman practice with a limited number of 1:1 spaces, late cancellations mean I often can’t offer that time to another parent who may be waiting. – If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your session, you can choose a full refund or a new time. – If you cancel 24–48 hours before, your payment is non-refundable, but you can reschedule your session once at no extra cost. – If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend the session, the fee is non-refundable and rescheduling will require a new booking. I know pregnancy and postpartum can be unpredictable. If you go into labour or have a genuine emergency (e.g. you or your baby are admitted to hospital), just let me know when you can and we will reschedule your session without any penalty.
