Birth & Baby – Group Antenatal Course

Evidence-based, English-speaking antenatal course with built-in community and postnatal support

Service Description

English-speaking antenatal course + early postnatal support for expat parents This isn’t just an antenatal course. It’s a small, supportive group space to feel informed, grounded and less alone as you prepare to give birth – and become parents – in Greece. Whether this is your first baby or you’re growing your family, this course is designed for expats who want: - clear, evidence-based information (not horror stories or random opinions) - a better understanding of how birth and hospitals work in Greece - a chance to ask real questions - and a community of like-minded parents, so you don’t feel like the only one figuring this out far from home. This course is for you if you’ve ever thought: “I don’t really understand how birth works here.” “Everyone says something different and I’m overwhelmed.” “I want to feel more in control and less stressed.” “I wish I knew my options – not just what my doctor prefers.” “I’d love to meet other parents in a similar situation.” What we’ll explore together - Discuss how labour and birth unfold, pain relief, interventions, induction and caesarean in the Greek context so that you feel more prepared - Ask questions, make decisions and communicate your wishes so that you know your rights and options - Learn practical ways your partner can support you before, during and after birth so that they feel actively involved - Understand what those early weeks are really like so that you can protect your rest, mental health and relationships - Understand breastfeeding, bottle-feeding and mixed feeding, with evidence-based guidance and zero judgment - Explore expectations vs reality and emotions so that you find your new “normal” You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions, share worries and learn from others in the group. What makes this course different? - Designed for expats in Greece – we talk about this system, these hospitals, and what that means for you. - Small, friendly groups – so you actually get to know people and feel safe to share. - Partners are warmly welcomed and encouraged to join. - Includes early postnatal support, so you’re not dropped the moment baby arrives. Next steps Dates for the next round are being finalised. If you’d like to be the first to hear when bookings open – and have a chance to grab an early-bird spot – you can: Join the waitlist or Book a free Discovery Call if you’d like to talk through your support options (https://www.parentpath.eu/service-page/free-discovery-call)

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your session time is reserved just for you. As a one-woman practice with a limited number of 1:1 spaces, late cancellations mean I often can’t offer that time to another parent who may be waiting. – If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your session, you can choose a full refund or a new time. – If you cancel 24–48 hours before, your payment is non-refundable, but you can reschedule your session once at no extra cost. – If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend the session, the fee is non-refundable and rescheduling will require a new booking. I know pregnancy and postpartum can be unpredictable. If you go into labour or have a genuine emergency (e.g. you or your baby are admitted to hospital), just let me know when you can and we will reschedule your session without any penalty. Thank you for being considerate of my time and of other parents who may be waiting for support!
