Pregnancy Path workshop

Congratulations! You are probably here because you got a positive pregnancy test. I know that sometimes, finding out about a pregnancy can be an exciting, but at the same time daunting time. You probably have a ton of questions and when you start looking online you are lost in the amount of information available which you are not even sure if you should trust.

If this is the case, then you are at the right place in the right moment! This FREE 2.5-hour long workshop will help you feel more prepared and will give you evidence-based information for the upcoming weeks and your Pregnancy Path.

The workshop is suitable for anyone who is up to 12 weeks pregnant and some of the topics that we will discuss are:

  • Signs and symptoms of pregnancy

  • What to do if you notice bleeding

  • Physical and emotional well-being (including but not limited to diet and exercise)

  • Upcoming check-ups

  • Who do you need to tell and when to inform work

  • How your baby is growing and how you and your partner can start bonding

  • Introduction to Infant feeding

  • Forward planning

There will also be an optional 'Networking time' in the last 15 minutes of the workshop.
